We’re sharing a new development opportunity with the NSNPHA membership on behalf of Saint Monica’s Catholic Church and Pivot Housing Solutions.

Saint Monica’s Catholic Church in Middleton is seeking expressions of interest from qualified community housing providers interested in pursuing the development of non-market housing on a parcel of land owned by the church.

The selected community housing partner would be responsible for leading the development, securing appropriate funding and financing, and ultimately owning and operating the housing project. The preliminary concept includes up to 24 mixed-income units serving families, seniors, and low- to moderate-income households.
