Digby & Area Housing Coalition Society is a non profit volunteer organization; formed in 2021 and is not owned, nor operated on behalf of any government entity. We are a small but determined group who are working to find and develop ways of funding, that will enable our vision of affordable housing in the town of Digby and environs. Dedicated to promoting a resilient, vibrant community through housing and social enterprise.
- Raise money for and oversee affordable, energy efficient, sustainable housing projects in collaboration with all stakeholders: the Town of Digby, the Municipality, community agencies, and the general public.
- Carry out research and education projects to benefit consumers, the residential construction industry and community housing sector.
